IPA-Free Fursuit Spray

Most fursuit sprays, homemade or store-bought, are 30-70% isopropyl alcohol. At those concentrations, alcohol acts as a solvent on the materials your suit is made of. Our spray is formulated at roughly 15% alcohol, buffered in distilled water with glycerin to condition fur rather than dry it.


It contains no isopropyl alcohol at all, and its total alcohol content sits far below the concentrations shown to cause damage.

Strips Acrylic Paint

Airbrushed markings and painted details can lift with repeated exposure, leaving less vibrant markings.

Crazes Plastics

Acrylic and resin parts develop micro-cracking and clouding from contact with IPA, this particularly affects fursuit eyes and claws that might be plastic.

Strips Fiber Finishes

Repeated long-term IPA use strips the conditioning finish on fiber,
dry, coarse, and matte-prone fur.

How ours is different

  • ~15% alcohol, not 30-70%. Enough to carry fragrance and flash off fast, and far below the concentrations that strip paint and craze plastic.
  • Glycerin conditioning. A humectant that helps fibers retain moisture instead of drying them out.
  • No denaturants. Our alcohol contains none of the acetone, ketones, or bittering agents found in denatured alcohol and many IPA products.
  • Properly preserved. Low-alcohol water-based sprays grow bacteria without a preservative. Ours includes a broad-spectrum cosmetic preservative so it stays fresh in the bottle.
