We started small, and still are small. I absolutely love to create things! And I love sharing those things even more - That's why I created this little shop, so that you can enjoy my creations too.

Returns & Refunds

1. Non-Custom Items (e.g., Pre-Made Badges)

  • Eligibility & Time Frame: You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to initiate a return.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is typically responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Custom-Made Items

  • No Refunds or Returns: Because these items are made-to-order based on your specifications, custom-made products are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a custom item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repairs, replacement parts, or other appropriate solutions.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges on Non-Custom Items: If you need a different size or variant of a premade item, you may exchange it within the same 30-day window. The item must be returned in its original condition, and you will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs.
  • Custom Items: Exchanges for custom items are not available, as these products are individually made to your specifications.

Shipping

1. Order Processing Times

  • Pre-Stocked Items: Typically ship within 2–5 business days once payment is confirmed.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Because these items are produced on demand (3D printing, painting, assembly, etc.), processing times will be longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: We use reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) with tracking included. Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • International Shipping: International orders may have additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that are not included in our shipping rates. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • General Timeframe: Once your order is shipped, standard transit times typically range from 3–7 business days for domestic shipments and 7–21 business days for international shipments.
  • Delays & External Factors: Please note that delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, holiday rush, or other factors beyond our control. We do our best to communicate any known delays as soon as possible.

4. Combining Shipments

  • Mixed Orders (Pre-Stocked & Custom Items): If your order includes both a pre-stocked product and a custom piece, your entire order will be shipped together once the custom item is ready.

5. Shipping Updates & Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email or notification once your purchase is complete.
  • Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number so you can follow its progress in real time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once the package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for its safe and timely arrival.
  • What To Do if Your Package Is Lost or Damaged: Please contact the carrier first with your tracking details. If you run into any issues, let us know and we’ll do our best to assist in resolving the situation (e.g., filing a claim).

Additive Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured using high-quality 3D printing processes and materials, carefully selected for durability and visual fidelity. However, please note the following:

Material Limitation

3D-printed components may not possess the same strength or impact resistance as traditionally manufactured parts (e.g., injection-molded or machined). Excessive force, bending, or impact may cause damage or failure.

Colour Accuracy

Due to the fact 3D printing filaments can vary depending on batch and brand, we cannot guarantee an exact match to any colour choices on the products, however, we will aim to ensure it is as accurate as possible.

Proper Usage

Our 3D-printed products are designed primarily for cosplay, display, or decorative purposes unless otherwise specified. They should not be used in applications where structural integrity or safety is critical.

Handling & Care

Avoid exposing 3D-printed parts to extreme temperatures or direct, prolonged sunlight, which may weaken or warp the material.

Handle with care and do not place undue stress on any components.

Maintenance & Repairs

If a part becomes damaged, discontinue use until it is repaired or replaced.

We offer replacement parts and/or repair services (where applicable) to address normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
